Pastoral Care
For decades St. Timothy's members have prayed and cared for each other through the challenges their lives have brought. The presence of Christ has been evident in small and large ways as people reach out to each other in times of need.
As the congregation has grown, staff members and other leaders have tried to ensure that, in the words of the Purpose Statement, "St. Timothy's embraces all people with the love of Jesus..." When family needs, upcoming surgeries, or personal crises are made known to a leader or the church office, a response will be forthcoming.
All our clergy have training and experience in pastoral care, and members can rely on their discretion when discussing private concerns. Longtime members consistently report that when people hit bumps in the road, the family of St. Timothy's manifests the love of God.
