Holy Week Services

MARCH 28 Palm Sunday Services 7:45 am & 10:00 am
Palm procession begins downstairs in the parish hall at 10:00 (upstairs at 7:45), followed by Passion reading and Holy Eucharist. Sunday School for children and nursery care is provided.

March 31 Tenebrae 7:30 pm
The word ‘Tenebrae’ is Latin for shadows. The liturgy of Tenebrae is characterized by the gradual extinguishing of candles while a series of readings and psalms are chanted or recited.

April 1 Maundy Thursday 7:30 pm
Foot washing, Last Supper, Procession to the Altar of Repose. A watch will be kept through the night.

April 2 Good Friday noon & 7:30 pm
Stations of the Cross and Seven Last Words at 7:30 pm

April 3 Easter Vigil 8:30 pm
Kindling of new fire, candlelight procession, first Easter Eucharist. Reception follows downstairs.  

April 4 Easter Masses 7:45 am & 10 am
Celebrating Holy Eucharist with Brass, Bells and Choir. Gospel drama for children during the 10 am Mass and Easter Egg Hunt afterwards. Nursery care is provided.

Children are welcome at all services, and nursery care is provided for all 10:00 Sunday services. Please call (303-794-1565) or email (sttims@sttims.net) the office in advance for nursery care at midweek services.
