St. Timothy’s Youth Group

Youth Group is a dynamic, fun, and accepting place for all 6th-12th grade youth of any background or church experience - no belief required. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive youth group. Meetings consist of games, activities, fellowship, bible studies, and worship. Through these experiences we hope youth can grow themselves, in friendships, and with God.

Check out our Spring 2019 schedule here and read our latest newsletter here (hit the subscribe button in the top left corner to sign-up). Click here to print out our youth group permission forms that cover all youth events!

All youth group meetings take place on the lower level at St. Tim’s in the D-Zone. Please contact John Putnam at if you have any questions about youth group. If you are a member of St. Tim's and feel called to disciple youth, please read over the following volunteer description and shoot John an email to set up a time to meet.

Winter 2019 Retreat

We're so excited for the upcoming Youth Retreat this February 1-3 at Camp Idrahaje in Bailey, CO! This will be a  fun, relaxing, and Spirit-filled weekend. Please fill out this short and sweet event registration if you can make it. The cost is $100, but we can work with families on scholarships or payment plans if needed. Please don't hesitate to ask, we don't want anyone missing this retreat due to money. We will meet at the church at 4:30 on Friday and return at noon on Sunday

Summer 2019 Mission Trips

Coastal Texas High School Mission Trip: Saturday June 2 - June 8

These trips are always a blast and this trip will be no exception! We will be working on continuing efforts to clean up and rebuild after Hurricane Harvey. The cost is $750 a person, but there will be opportunities for students to fundraise and scholarships are available. Please fill out the trip application as soon as possible (Jan 30 is the official deadline, but this trip will likely fill up before hand) and return it to John with your $150 deposit to reserve your spot.

Vail Valley Middle & High School Mission Trip: Sunday July 21 - Friday July 26

This trip is closer to home but will still be a ton of fun! This trip will have an emphasis on environmental care and working with local nonprofits caring for community members (there's more poverty in the mountains than we often expect). The cost is $150 a person and scholarships are available. Please fill out the trip application by February 10 and return it to John with your $50 deposit to reserve your spot.
