Funeral Mass for Margaret Utter Saturday, March 14 at 11 am in the Sanctuary, followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, the family invites contributions to Family Tree House of Hope.
Soup Supper Series Sundays through March 22 at 5:15 pm. "One Death, Four Witnesses" Join Dr. Luke Timothy Johnson, renowned author and New Testament scholar, for a 5 week lecture series on the Passion Narratives in the Four Gospels. Quiet Morning Saturday, March 21 from 9:30 AM to 12 PM. Join Mother Kim and Tess Vonfeldt-Gross for a quiet morning in the Sanctuary. Interactive prayer stations will prepare our hearts for Holy Week. The Daughters of the King will provide breakfast at 9:30 AM, followed by guided prayer from 10 AM to 12 noon. Register here.
Interfaith Conversation On Sunday, March 29th, after worship, please join Mother Megan, Rabbi Amanda Schwartz, and other members of Karov for a conversation about Jewish and Christian Spring holiday traditions. How do our celebrations of holy days like Passover and Easter overlap, and where do they differ? We will likely also discover diversity of traditions within our own religions. We will meet at 11:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall and conclude by 1 pm.
Passover Seder with Karov On Friday, April 3rd, Karov will celebrate a Passover seder. Space is limited but Karov has reserved 20 spots for St. Tim’s folks. So if you have ever wondered what Passover is all about or have been curious about attending a seder, you are invited to come along and ask as many questions as you would like. This potluck meal and celebration is family friendly. Please register here if you would like to attend. Cost is $20 pp.
Annual Parish Retreat Come and play for the weekend at Cathedral Ridge, our Episcopal Camp and Retreat Center just north of Woodland Park. Lodging is hotel style, comfortable rooms with two queen beds and private baths. All meals are provided buffet style, and dietary needs are cheerfully accommodated. We begin with Friday dinner and conclude with Sunday Eucharist. Camp counselors are onsite to facilitate a challenge course, climbing wall, archery, field games and arts & crafts.
