Holy Baptism The next service of Holy Baptism will be on Sunday, November 1st. Please contact Mother Megan by October 1st to schedule baptismal preparation.

Alpine Adventurers Hiking Group | Johnston Reservoir Loop Hike For our next hike, the Alpine Adventurers Hiking Group will be hiking the Johnston Reservoir Loop near Clement Park in Littleton on Saturday, October 3rd. This easy 1.4 mile hike around the reservoir features minimal elevation gain, making it accessible for just about any level of mobility. Our theme this year is "Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin." We will have Charlie Brown and Halloween-themed activities during the walk and a sack lunch picnic at Clement Park afterwards—we will even have a Great Pumpkin Piñata for kids to take a swing at! We encourage folks to dress up in costumes to add to the fun. You can meet us at St. Tim's at 8 AM to carpool or park at the trailhead at 8:30 AM. All ages are welcome, and friends are encouraged to come along. Register here to receive final details for the hike.

2027 Ministry Preview TimTalk The kick-off of our Annual Giving Campaign to fund the 2027 operating budget is on the horizon! In the coming months, parishioners will have the opportunity to review the budget and provide their pledge for next year. In December, the Vestry will review the pledges and finalize the budget. Please join us for a presentation of the first draft of the budget in a special TimTalk before church on Sunday, October 4th, at 9 AM in the Sanctuary. If you are unable to join in person, you can register here to join via Zoom.

St. Francis Blessing of the Animals Calling all creatures great and small: the annual St. Francis Blessing of the Animals will be offered at 5 PM on Sunday, October 4th, in the Backyard. If a pet is crowd-averse, please bring a picture instead. A Blessing of the Stuffed Animals will be offered at the 10 AM Holy Eucharist on Sunday, October 4th.

Disciples in Action | Voting Preparation 

  • Ballot Initiatives Forum  On Wednesday, October 14th, from 6 – 7:30 PM, St. Tim's will host a forum to discuss the ballot initiatives. This election’s 14 statewide ballot issues could have significant impacts for Colorado families. Bring your Blue Book to this community-wide, nonpartisan event to learn more about what these initiatives mean and how they can affect Coloradans. Presented by St. Tim’s, Colorado Fiscal Institute, and Together Colorado. You can register here.

  • Get Out the Vote On Wednesday, October 21st, at 6 PM, join Disciples in Action at St. Tim's to write postcards encouraging registered non-voters to cast their ballots. In 80122 (St. Tim’s zip code), more than 3,700 registered voters did not vote in the last two midterm elections. Yes! 3700!   • Coffee Hour Table Finally, on Sundays, October 11th and 18th, during coffee hour, connect with us to check your registration, learn how to become an election judge or poll watcher, learn more about the integrity of the election process, and get answers to other voting questions. 

Family Promise We will be hosting families from Sunday, November 1st — Sunday, November 15th. There are many volunteer opportunities to choose from. Take a look at the opportunities here. St. Tim’s will run background checks for those serving as van drivers and overnight hosts.
